Right of Withdrawal

For subscription services, we offer a 1-month free trial with no commitment and no payment method required. This free trial is in addition to the 14-day statutory right of withdrawal under §355 BGB.

The 14-day withdrawal period only begins on the first paid day — that is, after the 1-month free trial has ended. According to §355 BGB, you have the statutory right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days, except in the following cases:

You explicitly waive this right during registration.
The digital service has already been fully delivered within the withdrawal period.

via a clear declaration (e.g., an email or letter) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without delay and no later than 14 days after we receive notice of your withdrawal. We will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

Your right of withdrawal expires prematurely if:

The service has been fully performed within the withdrawal period, and
You have explicitly agreed to the start of the service before the end of the withdrawal period and
You have acknowledged the loss of the withdrawal right once the service is fully performed.
