What are the benefits for me as a customer?
The assistant saves you time, replies instantly, and books appointments automatically. At a €90 per month price point, just a couple of extra bookings per month are enough to cover the cost of the assistant. Ex. If an average client brings you €50, and the assistant brings you even just two extra bookings per month, €50 x 2 = €100, the cost of the assistant will be covered. Any additional booking that the assistant makes will bring you profits.
How does the assistant schedule appointments?
The assistant automatically responds to WhatsApp messages or website chats, suggests available time slots, and prevents double bookings. It connects to your existing WhatsApp number – no new phone number required.
Can the bot handle voice messages?
Yes. You can send voice messages to the bot. It understands your requests and processes them in real time.
Do I need technical knowledge to use the assistant?

What cancellation period applies to you as the agency? If we terminate the contract, we observe a one-month notice period. Termination of the contract from our side won’t probably happen, unless of insolvency from the client’s side.
